The Charger Scat Pack’s launch control uses engine electronics to hold engine RPM’s precisely in order to provide the most stable and rapid acceleration possible, using all of the available traction. The Mirai doesn’t offer launch control.

The Charger Daytona Scat Pack Coupe’s tires provide better handling because they have a lower 35 series profile (height to width ratio) that provides a stiffer sidewall than the Mirai’s 55 series tires.

For better ride, handling and brake cooling the Charger Daytona R/T Coupe offers optional 20-inch wheels. The Mirai’s largest wheels are only 19-inches.

When two different drivers share the Charger, the optional memory system makes it convenient for both. Each setting activates different, customized memories for the driver’s seat position, steering wheel position, outside mirror angle and radio stations. The Mirai doesn’t offer a memory system.

The Charger’s optional easy entry system glides the driver’s seat back when the door is unlocked or the ignition is switched off, making it easier for the driver to get in and out. The Mirai doesn’t offer an easy entry system.

The Charger’s rain-sensitive wipers adjust their speed and turn on and off automatically based on the amount of rainfall on the windshield. This allows the driver to concentrate on driving without constantly adjusting the wipers. The Mirai XLE’s standard manually variable intermittent wipers have to be constantly adjusted.

Heated windshield washer nozzles are standard on the Charger to prevent washer fluid and nozzles from freezing and help continue to keep the windshield clear in sub-freezing temperatures. The Mirai doesn’t offer heated windshield washer nozzles.

On extremely cold winter days, the Charger’s standard heated steering wheel provides comfort, allowing the driver to steer safely and comfortably before the car heater warms up. The Mirai doesn’t offer a heated steering wheel.
